JURISDICTION

The Site is administered on behalf of Bateman Financial Ltd from its office in Grand Cayman. All disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with the Site shall be submitted to and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Cayman Islands.
